The twenty-eighth symbol of the Amharic alphabet is called Č’ and it sounds like a CH of the Spanish language, only that it should be pronounced with an explosion in the same way as the previous symbol. You should listen very carefully to the examples since there is no equivalent in the English language. In dictionaries appears written as ch’, č’ or sometimes as č with a dot underneath.
