The eleventh symbol of the Amharic alphabet is called Č  and is equivalent to the sound CH in English, as in the word "chat". The printed letter looks like the previous symbol but with an extra horizontal line on top, same happens with the handwritten version. In dictionaries and in books for learning Amharic, you will find it represented like a č or like a ch.
