The fifteenth symbol of the Amharic alphabet is called Ñ and the sound is the same than the letter Ñ in Spanish but there is no equivalent sound in English. You can say that it sounds similar to the sound "nj" as in the word new but pronounced as a British person will do: "nju:". The printed letter and the handwritten letter are similar and they look as if we add to the previuous symbol a small horizontal line to the top.
