Dylan’s and Feromsa’s birthdays are just 4 days apart. We tried to celebrate both birthdays on the same day last year and it was a big, big failure.
So in 2010, we split the parties and so far it has been a success. No fighting for presents, no jealousy between them and each celebration customized to each individual taste.
Feromsa still is learning what a birthday is, he is not sure if the word “birthday” refers to the food, the presents, the party… Besides he’s not a fan of cakes, chocolate or mostly anything sweet, with the exception of some kinds of candies.
He does love the presents, blowing candles and playing with balloons and party favors.
He has grown so much!
Dylan appreciates everything a birthday brings and he enjoys still being a child and so far he’s not in a hurry to become a teenager.
